Banning newly released champions for around 2 or 3 weeks for ranked games

I am writing this message because I wanna suggest something, since after a new champion is released or reworked, everyone plays that champion in every gamemode .Even rank for that matter. My point is that the new champion that was just released should not be available in rank after 2 or 3 weeks after released so the players who play them don't just go Yolo and int because they don't know the champion . That is frustrating since you are trying to win but people screw you over by playing new champions into ranked games. Recently, I started becoming salty over that part since now I'm starting to loose all the work I did before the release of that champion and that gets people mad. So I just wanted to tell you guys some feedback and some suggestions for the players. (This might make the players less toxic).

Some players only play ranked so the problem of having someone who never plays the champion in question would still occur. Many people bring champions they have never played into ranked for their first game on them there is no good way of preventing this. If you make all players play a certain amount of games in normals before playing it in ranked many players don't play normals so they would never be able to play the new champions.

The difference is that the those champions were the same for a long period of time compared to the reworked/new which are fresh out of the gate which can make the game more disadvantageous for the team with like example Nunu , some player cannot adapt fast enough with that champion since they don't have any experience playing with it.(If they don,t use Pbe). Thus it is harder for them to win since they can't play together with ease.

Lol like teams play even remotely together in this game. It does put people at a disadvantage, but it is much less significant than the matchmaking system difference that is going on right now. It is near negligible. Also, there is no good way to implement this that will be effective because if you ban it from ranked for 2-3 weeks than again people that only play ranked will never have seen it and it will still be an issue.

I know that you mean, the reason I typed this is because of that main idea that I suggested, but also to make people who only play rank get out of that shell. Like I read an article about ranked players, that if you lose 2 rank games in a row, should stop playing rank since they might get even more tilted (In result, making them really toxic). And they can play like ARAM or Draft pick to regain some motivation and by doing so. They can discover new things like play style, champions (Newly released ones) and can adapt to them to have them adapt in an environment where they can learn stuff and etc.
