The stupidity of Xayah and Rakan
I really love these two champs. Both very unique and fun, but there is one problem that is going to rise at some point. Balancing. I am of course talking about the special ability interactions.
There are a few ways Riot can go about doing this:

Balance them around each other. This will mean that they each will be underpowered when played alone, because there are parts of their kits they cant acces.

balance them to be played on their own. This will mean that they will be overpowered when played together, since they now have power they couldn't acces otherwise.
... And then there is option three, which im leaning heavily towards:
- remove the special ability interactions. They can still keep the cute little voice lines, and they can still be lovers in the lore, but without the inevitible balancing issues.
I have thought these interactions are stupid ever since release. especially because Xayahs kit in my opinion synergises way better with a tank (Tresh, Alistar) who can keep the enemies in place so Xayah can stack her feathers, but you are missing some parts of this champions kit if you dont pair her with Rakan.
