Stonewall's proposal to riot on giving an all around fix to allow more jungle diversity

In his video stonewall recommends different avenue's for different types of junglers: ap, ad, tank. And introduces the idea of how he believes that with new items in the jungle this season like, cinderhulk, devourer, and runeglave have greatly shifted the meta and left those who can't use these items to max efficiency behind. He proposes that Riot brings back spirit stone with a new passive effect that would help ap junglers in the early game where they struggle greatly, he then offers that quill coat would be brought back and help those tank junglers for early game sustain against monsters, and lastly believes machete should be kept for ad or aa based junglers because it benefits them greatly. He then goes on talking about these items would be then upgraded into trailblazer, stalkers, etc. and after that he believes that the ap junglers would have runeglave and magus. AD junglers would have warrior and devourer. And finally tank junglers would have cinderhulk and juggernaut. Please riot look at stonewall's idea's and give them some thought.

I like the idea of multiple starting jungle items, but I also feel there's a lot to item 1039 that could be tweaked to better accommodate all roles. If mages are struggling to clear in the early game (which they are), then perhaps add an AP ratio to its damage over time, and have the effect apply on spells. If some champions run out of mana too quickly when clearing, the mana restoration could scale with missing mana, and so on. I also feel like Stonewall's specific suggestions aren't that good: an item that gave flat CDR would be horribly broken, for example, especially in the case of champions with low-cooldown spells (Imagine Evelynn reducing her cooldowns by 1 second with every autoattack, even just on monsters). There's also a certain point past which I think having too many jungle enchantments around would create a lot of clutter: Juggernaut is only more desirable than Cinderhulk on a very select few champions, and Cinderhulk is by far the better-designed of the two items. There would be more competition between Magus and Runeglaive, but only because neither of those items are particularly well-suited for AP junglers in general. I feel the larger move Riot needs to make is to create jungle itemization for AP junglers that benefits them as broadly as Cinderhulk benefits tanky junglers, as well as replace the current Warrior with something that would trade off early game power for greater late-game relevance.
