Dear Riot,

I have a couple of ideas for the new hextech crafting system and they are as following :

Can you make some special skins that you can only obtain trough random hextech crafting chests so that it feels more unique.
Can you make it so people can trade shards because that makes it feel alot better because some people like skins that others hate.
We need some love for the Chroma packs so can you possibly add them in the hextech crafting system to show some love to them.

Also, maybe make champion shards/champion permanents able to be rerolled into a different loot type? Because i own every champion, so I get champion shards out of chests and literally can't do anything with them except maybe condense them so they're taking less space, or disenchanting them into more blue essence than i could ever possibly need.
