Created a max limit of accounts towards PC/Ip Address.

I tried League of Legends Yesterday and Today for the first time. I've played just over 20 games. I will not be playing another. My Reason? At first I was doing great. But after lvl5 .... I just figured EVERY New player was better than me, Made sense. But I kept hearing players talk about "Smurfing" and "Real MMR" At first i had no clue what they meant. But i found out that after lvl5 I was playing against players who had created another account and went there just to abuse new players. I found this game to be un-playable how it is.

Maybe try to make 1 account per IP Address, Or 1 account per Computer. How things are with multi-player using multi accounts to abuse new players.... It's a system where I'd rather play ANY Pay-To-Play MOBA than this one. At least that way I can avoid "Smurfing" and player abuse/bashing towards new players trying to learn the game. --Fix it. And when i hear about it being fixed I might try it again.
