Losing Streak without an End

Since a few days now,i have a big losing streak and it dont want to end. I was Gold4 and dropped down to S1. I try to ward as much as i can,but i always lose in Ranked. Now i get only 13-14 Lp (now only 10 i think.) I have no Premade to play with. Pls,can someeone end this streak pls? It doesn't matter if i take a break,the End is still the same.

If u play with premades, chances are u will gain less lp I would recommend trying out Rammus jungle It never disappointed Sure sometimes you get feeders and trolls but just take like a small break until you chill out and then go in again
