Honestly, Rammus? with all the BS in this game right now and you nerf Rammus?
I am seriously starting to wonder what Rito's objective are there days.
He is specialised to deal with heavy AD and retarded brusiers that wipe full teams out without a sweat so obviously he must be smashed with the nerf stick because of this right?

A lot of rammus mains will use their ult and W at the same time once those 2 are on cooldown (unless its ap rammus) he doesn't have much damage potential. So when he ults you should back off a bit, let him advance, and call your jg. even if he uses his E you will likely still be able to get away (assuming you're a tank).
trust me this is easier than it looks and once you put this advice to good use perhaps you'll see why this nerf was unnecessary
and as for non-ad champs have you tried kayle?

The point is that statistically he was performing too well, especially against champions he should theoretically be disadvantaged against. The 60-second cooldown on his ult at rank 1 meant that the window of opportunity where his opponent could actually fight him was too small.

Fiora has been able to kill Rammus since her rework. She has readily available %max health true damage as well as respectable sustain. This is nothing new.

This is outrageous! The ONLY thing Rammus did well, and they go on and nerf it?? Im a Rammus main, and I have not seen that they where going to nerf him until i played today.. I KNEW they destroyed him, hes utterly useless now! 60% movementspeed? are you kidding me? Hes only good for full Glasscannon AP now.. Thanks RIOT for ruining my leauge fun.. Rammus is not that hard to counter if you know what your doing.. Or pick one of his counters..

NuclearRammus1 votesIam Rammus main and i have to say that rammus's W has to change.When you chase an enemy W lose 40-60% movement speed which is so annoying becuase the enemy always escapes.
