What do you guys think about changing jayce's hammer stance e to a empowered auto rather than a click? I feel like it would make his play style much more smoother

the double click from his q to e, i feel like making it empowered would remove that clunky feel. Eh maybe its just me

I don't think so. His E in hammer form knocks back the enemy. Riot designed him with that specific animation to make it transparent that he is using his e. Also, his E has 125 MORE range than his autoattack.

I dont mean the animation itself take for example illaoi she has the empowered auto on her w and playing both of them it makes her feel smoother. At the end of the day i can turn quick cast on but i just feel like empowered autos work well with rapid combos.

The point im trying to stress is that this applies a knock-back cc. Note that most champions with some type of "on-autoattack" spell don't apply don't a major displacement cc.

I actually totally agree with you. Add the extra range to an auto motion, because right now the mechanic is quite wonky in use. It provides a lot more of those "I swear I hit the button" moments than I feel it should.
