can normal games actually be punishable when you troll and fuck around?

just played a 40 minute 4v5 because our plat 3 cait was afk farming the entire game saying "stop trying to get baron im just playing casual"

never grouped once and was the sole reason we lost when we were 10k gold ahead.

she played all of early game perfectly then decided to never group once after 15 minutes.

everytime i asked her to come to drag or baron or group once she would go to a side lane and just push.

we were 10k ahead and had all the vision we could need to get baron and drags or whatever the fuck we wanted.

BECAUSE she was on the adc role and wanted to troll, the team lost out on pretty much everything.

what do u even report her for?

she wasnt toxic in chat so riot wont give a flying fuck.

at the end game screen she said "i got an s- so its fine"

can i actually not feel fucked over when these kinds of people want to troll?

can i atleast see some sort of punishment towards them?
