Love to Queue as Fill but am tired of 95% getting Support

Please, fix this. If I queue fill, it does not mean that I want to play support every single game. If I wanted to do that, I would queue Support as my primary.

My solution: when queued with Fill as your primary, there should be an OPTION to pick one role that you do not want play. This could work for the players who, for instance, are uncomfortable playing jungle as well, or maybe their pool for top lane is really lacking.

If you give players this option, I think more people will select "fill" and less people will be avoiding it like the plague because they don't want support every game.

This. I want an option that says "Not this role". There are times when I don't mind playing Support, but there are times I don't want to play it. :/

It's frustrating because in Blind Pick, Fill meant Random. There were enough people that didn't mind playing support every once in a while, and felt more comfortable on support than some of the open roles, so they'd take support.

The "Fill" for Draft feels like it lost what it meant to fill...

I once queued as fill with my duo partner going supp/mid I got Support and they got Mid Logic

you should do support then fill, it will take away that pesky 5% problem.

or you could just not pick fill and save yourself the trouble. There is really no difference between choosing fill and choosing 2 roles you dont mind playing except for the shorter queue time. But that is the trade off that you make when you choose fill, you get a shorter queue time in exchange for your willingness to play a role that is needed that most dont want to play.

If you want to avoid that then dont choose fill.

Fill is just "I am perfectly happy playing whatever"

If you don't fit that bill, STOP PICKING FILL

Do this: Take Anivia support.

First item: Dorans Ring, potions of doom, spy wardy free item.

First skill: Q, Second E. focus all your points on E and R(Take one in W for the wall).

Once you hit the lane DOMINATE THEM WITH YOUR EVIL STUN. Smack them, hit them, your autoattack range will possibly outrange the ADC and the Support. Once you have your E if you stun them and hit them with E that'll chunk them so hard they'll cry like little babies.

Proceed to laugh maniacally as you steal all the kills from your ADC.

Victory!

Why not just pick a specific secondary, and change it every time you queue?

It's not the perfect fix (that would be people queuing for support primary as much as the other four roles, let's be real here there's a reason why everyone's getting support fill), but it should vary your experience.

OP here. I'm not referencing a single game. I'm talking about the fact that when you select a role, your options are Top, Jungle, Mid, Bot, Support, or Support. It is very close, statistically, to there being NO Fill.

The new role-picking system is nice, don't get me wrong, but it would be nice if, once in a while, Fill could actually mean you don't mind playing one of those other 4 roles.

It's better to just pick your two favorite roles that aren't support. Fill puts you were the least amount of people are queued for, obviously being support role.
