Ranked Games

OK, I am fairly new here so this may be a dead topic already, if so please forgive me. I've just recently started dabbling in ranked games recently but have been playing for a couple years. Never really cared to play ranked because I felt Ranked meant you should have at least a certain amount of skill (common courtesy) on a particular champ to enter it into a Ranked game.

Clearly this is not the case. I see matches all the time in ranked games that don't have even level 1 Mastery. In some cases, not even a single point in Mastery. Why is this acceptable? Isn't that what Blind and draft Pick are for? Has there been any thought into a minimum prerequisite? Are there those that would oppose? If so, why?

Share your thoughts please. Nobody needs to be roasted.

While initially I would support this, many players who have been playing ranked for years make new accounts and then purchase champions they are good at. So showing the mastery points is really more of an intimidation tactic, whereas not having any mastery points is kind of a baiting the jungler to your lane tactic. It all plays into the meta/mind games strategy's players use to secure an edge over other players. But yes, inherently all mastery points mean is time spent being addicted to that champions mechanics. Most high level masteries aren't even that skilled at their champs, at least from what I have observed and... done [slayer-jinx-unamused] lol

Getting good at a champion really only takes about 5 hours of gameplay if you know what you are doing. And if you really know what you are doing you don't even need to have played the champ before because personal tactics are 99% defeated by team strategy every time.

I'm actually planning on releasing an ebook about this actually... going over all the specfic particular points to competition in league and what methods are actually greater than others. Everything from your mastery points to summoner icons to names are all emotional influences that have major perceptual weight in influencing the outcome of the game.

If anyone is interested in analyzing victory in it's entirety I'll post a link for convenience. Because of my research I'll have to oppose. I loved this question!
