It's totally boring when i keep matching up with gold plat or diamond players

I'm lv 24 now, and I'm sort of a new player to the game(played for months). Ever since I was lv20, I have been keeping matched up with those ranked players, most of the time with silver and sometimes with gold or plat or diamond. Those people are playing with their friends who were using low level accounts. Everytime I was in this kind of a game, I felt like it's just a game where 2 or 3 supercarries wrecking the lower level players in enemy's team and then having a dual among themselves. It's not even fun for others since it's just competing who died less. I seriously doubt why I was always playing in such games. I lack runes, as well as game experience, skills, etc. And the team started to blame the lower level player for feeding the lane. But it really isn't the player's fault because of the huge disadvantage during the laning period. It's just nothing fun.
