Old version Heimerdinger

Hi Riot,

I write this discussion to talk about heimerdinger after his gameplay update(2013). Before this gameplay, it was one of my favorite character. Now, I hate play him and i'm probably not alone with this opinion. I think the old heimer was better than the new (since 2013 update).

Can you just make à special classic skin who make heimer like the old version for the player who prefer the old heimerdinger ? Maybe a "Time traveller" skins and the gameplay is like the version before the rework (heimer, soraka etc...).

I think it's a better solution than totally erase a character gameplay when some people like to play it.

Less sadness and more happy players :).

This is a suggestion that I wanted to share with you.

Giving him a Traditional skin wouldn't possibly change his kit back to what it was before his 2013 Gameplay Update, if that's what you mean.

Anyways, in Heimerdinger's case, they have mostly built his new visuals off the old ones, so he's mostly just a much more modern and canonical version of his pre-2014 self (before his Visual Update). A traditional skin, similarly to how, say, Traditional Trundle works, wouldn't work as well on Heimer for the previously-stated reason.

If you want the old Heimerdinger model (just as it was) back, then I'm afraid that you'd be disappointed to hear that this will never happen; There's a reason he got his VU, and one of them is that Riot doesn't want to support his old & outdated 2010 visuals. It's not something they want in their game because it doesn't fit with the art-style and it's just, well, a bunch of really ancient assets. :P
