Once hextech was announced to be added, i thought this is the happiest day of my life. few weeks later they added hextech.. I played one match and my whole body just fucking shattered. I saw that line.. The line that tells me that i should go fuck myself cus i got chat restricted a month or two ago. How does riot even think this is okay? Everyone should just get a fresh start.. This is just stupid, and cus i got reported by premades months ago, i can now never get hextech crafting. This just made me deppressed and i'll most likely just quit this shitfest of a game soon.

It's not permanent, you just need to "reform". It takes something like three months of clean play to reform, apparently.

And the whole "getting reported by premades" thing is a myth. Infractions are calculated per game, not per report, and unsubstantiated reports don't result in punishments. You probably acted the fool, and the system doesn't consider you reformed yet. Fortunately, if it's been a couple months and you've been good since, you're probably close to getting access to Hextech looting.
