I haven't been able to go and test everyone out yet with the new item so I was looking for some answers... Olaf's E, would this work? or is considered like a Nasus Q?
Any idea's on other good champs to test out? Eg: Aatrox Irelia WW, etc. 
Kayle is insane: devourer, nashor's tooth, rylai's and you hit like a truck with 40% aoe permaslow.
no First off this is not even a on next attack or on hit it is just a straight up ability. However it does help reduce the cooldown on his E.
I believe that, since the E is an ACTIVE ability, and not a passive one like Aatrox's W, it wont proc the Devaurer.
the 1 sec cdr reduce on AAs is also proced on devourer, so you can get Es of way more frequent with devourer.
On next hit effects such as sheen don't get doubled as a result of Devourer.
Kayle is definitely fun.
