Rammus W not working on Dragon?
Is it supposed to damage dragon when he attacks Rammus with his W on? Because I just played a game as him and it didn't.

EndlessSorcerer3 votesDragon's attacks count as spells.
This was changed so that Pantheon's passive wouldn't block them among other reasons.
It's also why Mordekaiser's Dragon Ghost applies Rylai and Liandry.
