So nerf tank supp?

in one patch, tank supp gets two nerf? Ninja tabi goes from 30 to 20 armor because some adc choose armor instead of attack speed? And nerf Relic with this comment? "Relic Shield is still slightly overperforming compared to the other support items." come on, supports already make less gold than all other lanes, and now wants to receive less? come on.

This is not a good day for tanky supp
