guess what, it's great that you want to nerf/buff champions, but that's not even the problem with balance in this game. you wanna know why SSW stomped everyone at worlds last season? or why every single game is completely one-sided? it's gold and exp lead, nothing else, not a player's skill, not a champion's strengthness/weakness. it all comes down to gold earned, and exp earned, compared to the enemy. so guess what , you wanna balance this game? make your championships better/more skill-oriented... nerf the FKING GOLD/EXP LEAD people can get. screenshot for proof.
