Champion capsules

Dear Riot games, i am not sure if this is usuall or it is just my problem but i am already lvl 32 and i got 2 champion capsules but what is my problem is their content i got 2 450Ip champions and 1 3100Ip champion in both of them and the 3100Ip champion was twice kassadin so i do not know why am i getting them like this and i would really like to get more blue essence faster but i can not when those capsules drop 450Ip champions can you please answer me and tell me if this is normal or am i just having a bad luck in drops thank you

i just get 450 and 1350 be champions give us more 4800 and 6300

BE gains since the patch are faster than IP gains were before the patch.

man he got 2 lvl up that means 20+ games. so compare to IP drop before the patch its way way lower

Where do you even find these champion capsules? I just got one for the first time and I don't even know where to find it?

From last 9lvls i didn't get single 6300be champion i wonder if they ever exist in this capsules

I hit lvl 50 but didnt get any vhampion capsule....

I still am getting only one champion and things like master yi and other such champions. Riot is slowing down BE gain on purpose in my opinion- saying the minimum is 810 and getting away with shit like 270 so that we are obliged to buy RP for champions we might want. They know theyll get aweay with it becuase almost nobody cares about reading the websites, and wont freak about it anyways. If this isnt true, then they need to step up their bug game regardless. im level 46, and a salty NA player.

I hit lvl 45 and got a capsule with 810 BE ( warwick 90 corki 630 + 90 BE) after playing a week worth of maybe 15 hours just for this. With IP i should have got around 2K or even more. It feels like i get almost only champs worth 90 BE.

What specific champions you get doesn't really matter, since if they're low value champ shards you get more of them, versus getting a single expensive champ shard, such that you get the same total BE value regardless.

adding on to this guy, i just had a capsule where i only got one champion wtf? also i have never gotten a champion i dont own out of capsules and im pretty sure i got two 450s as well
