Master Yi too broken

Master Yi is too broken. Without trying hard u can get pentakills or similar stuff. In Lategame his Q has almost no cooldown anymore and while using it he is untouchable. Thanks to his q many ults (and other skills) fired at him will just vanish without any effect. Thanks to that a single yi can brake the game completly and render a whole enemy team useless. It even doesnt matter much at all, if u are under a tower, in a bigger group or alone. He will most likely get at least one kill (or most of the time more) and that most of the time without getting seriously hurt. Additionally to the low cd of his q his ulti reduces the cds again by 70%. With that he can almost spam the q until he has got his pentakill.

In late game its almost impossible to do something against a Yi. Most of the chars will just fall too fast against him. I think that champ needs a reconfiguration. The sooner the better.

For starters the cd reduction for his Q should be reduced or completly removed. That would be my recommendation.
