You seem to have duo q'd with a bronze 4, lost 2 games won 1. That could explain it?

The mmr of those you duo with is more important than their rank.

If you win higher-mmr-than-you matches (by duoing with someone with a higher mmr than you and still winning) you'll climb mmr faster than just wnning matches solo, which in turn is faster than winning lower-mmr-than-you matches.

In any case, the key is winning a lot, and the harder the match is (according to mmr, not necessarily in-game feels) the more mmr you stand to gain from it. Even a 50% winrate if you're duoing with someone higher mmr than you would result in climbing mmr, but a 50% winrate with someone lower mmr than you could result in actually losing mmr.

Don't queue with people with less or higher MMR.

If you queue with a bronze person and lose a few games, your MMR will have tanked and the system will then begin to place you into games with people below your current rank because you lost to bronze players. This will cause you to derank if you lose against these players even more.

If you queue with someone above your rank, your MMR gains will skyrocket, but if you are personally not good enough to play at that level you will just lose when you queue alone.

Duo queue also seems to make the game harder because the system assumes that you and your buddy with voice chat can carry 3 random players. Those 3 players will often be lower MMR than you and your buddy.

The only way for you to get back to your 21LP gains is to start winning more. You need win-streaks to raise your MMR otherwise you'll have a slow climb of win one lose one and on and on.

If you click on your SOLO MMR button on op.gg it will tell you the average MMR of the people in your past few games. Right now it says you are 50 points below the average player in silver 4 with 85 LP.

This means you are beating Silver 5 players, but because they are lower rank than you, the system does not reward you with a lot of LP, because you were expected to win anyway.

If you beat people better than you, you get lots of LP. If you beat people worse than you, you get little LP.

If you lose to people better than you, you lose little LP. If you lose to people worse than you, you lose a lot of LP.

in summary the System tries to put you where it thinks you belong. Right now it thinks you belong in Silver 5 because you ruined your MMR by playing with other people.
