ADC ARE BROKEN ?! They need a REWORK or NERF ?

Ofc not all ADC are broken , Only some of them ! Jhin's AD can go to 580+ , no matter how fed are u as an adc he can kill you or survive with 10% ! Jinx , i know you guys like jinx a lot and many of you main her but her lifesteal with runnan is broken too ! i mean one of the possibles to kill her only if she got silenced or stunned and maybe the runnan needs a nerf ! and Ashe's Q with Runnan or bloodthurster is broken too ! i mean Lucian can't 1v1 her at that moment even if she was 0/10 !
