Matchmaking sucks in ranked

As mentioned in the title, the ranked matchmaking sucks massive dick. I try to carry myself up to get a better rank, but the thing is. It doesn't matter how good I play, it doesn't matter how much I win. In every fucking promo, i get thrown into a team of complete idiots. I mind my own business at the botlane and have a score of about 3/1, at minute ten, I look at tab and what do I see: toplaner is 0/5, jungler is 0/2, midlaner is 2/5, and on and on and on. And this shit happens every promo. Like last promo to silver, I won the first 2 games and then... 3 games in a row off meta picks that feed and are useless and other stuff. I am not a super good diamond player or some shit, i am just a normal dude that tries to get to some higher ranks, but as it is now, even a diamond player would have a hard time climbing. Even a diamond player would find it hard to carry a team of trolls, afk's, and feeders. I know i sound like your average bronze dude that gives all the bad credit to his teammates, but i am not, i make mistakes, sometimes i suck, but most of the time i get trolls in my promos. This is just bullshit.
