A Ban Baiting Fix

So there has been a community that has been growing in size, that enjoy doing something known as "Ban Baiting." The most common way that they go about doing this is botting up an account to level 10, going into Unranked Draft, with the support role, then going top lane. They refuse to leave lane unless someone says their name unto which they get reported for hate speech and are banned. One way that I can think of stopping this is by simply making the list of words that give an automatic 14 day ban or Perma Ban not allowed in summoner names. Any other suggestions on how to fix this annoying epidemic?

  1. by level 10 you cant play draft yet due to a lack of champions, unless the troll goes as far as spending $20 just to unlock them
  2. you can report offensive names
  3. its norms. why the actual f should you care if someone feeds?

now im not saying just because its norms that they should be able intentionally feed, but don't stress over something that isn't going to account for much. it might suck, but if you just let them take it for one game, they are probably going to int and then get banned faster all the while you never see them ever again. if you do just succumb to them, you lose your account. I think its obvious which choice is better.

The average BE upon reaching level 10 is 6368 BE, you need at least 20 champions to play unranked draft. Take for instance this weeks free champion rotation where as we get 14 champions. Then you get 3 for free for your first 3 levels, so your already at 17 and you can just buy 3 450 BE champions. Now, your just saying to ignore the problem and pretend like it doesn't exist, while as I'm asking for everyone to propose a simple solution to the problem. Now your right, its norms, you shouldn't care if people feed, but it is still unpleasant for the new player who are leveling from 1-30 for the first time, especially when they are the one who falls for the bait and gets banned. Please, try to see it through someone else's eyes, not just your own.

Not call people by their names and use champion names like 99,999% of players do?

Yes, but when you do that they still refuse to leave lane. They are just trolling topside until they can get someone banned.
