Corki mid?

Corki is a very strong Mid laner and even stronger as ADC atm. Personaly I don't play corki, but I feel that 50 % magic demage and 50 % is very unqiue ability and makes champion more excited to play, but some nerfs to hes scalings wouldn't hurt much. He doesn't feel as a huge threat, until he gets a few items, but hes laning is still pretty strong.
