Gangplank Q Update

I hope the in upcoming Gangplank update they make his Q a toggle ability like Jinx's where he swaps between his ranged pistol and his melee saber. It would cement him as a cool partial ranged character.

The melee form could come with some built in combat steroids to benefit the risk involved of being in melee range.

Also maybe his passive could change pending on form.

Melee: he applies the poison and the slow Ranged: he gets additional chance to Crit and his kills on minions/ champs generate more gold

Also maybe when in ranged mode he uses Mana to make shots like Jinx's rockets.
