So I just played not one, but two 3v3 games in a row, where I'm am 100% certain that the enemy team was just IP farm bots. Now, I've seen them before once or twice in dominion, but never an ENTIRE team of them. It was 15 minutes of us just rolling over the map and taking turrets, and some of the least fun I've ever had in league. I was just curious; I don't play 3's very often, but is this a frequent problem, or is that not representative of the common experience?
It comes and goes, if people report them then Riot is able to take action and get rid of them but there will always be more of them. It's probably a bit of a cycle; at first there aren't many of them and people overlook them and forget to report so their numbers can grow until they become too obnoxious, people start to complain and learn what they are and start to properly report them, riot gets rid of the people that use bots and the problem goes away for a while and people forget about it and stop reporting them.
That's one of my guesses at least, I don't really know. I have seen periods of massive amounts of bot use and periods of no bot use, but it could all just be coincidence.
