I mean...Sure it matches Christmas festivities with the winter-like champion skins and all, but why limit the pool ONLY to these champions? Personally, I believe that ARURF will always be the most anticipated game mode every year and all champions should be involved, so that at least everyone can have a chance to play their favourite/prefered champions...
Well, even if SOME of them are not included in this selection pool...

riot makes it like that with the new BE gains through ONLY exclusive way possible that is lvling. If the game gets a monthly sub ppl who actually are enjoying the game w/o tryharding wont be playing it :D the ppl who sub will be those who tryhard in ranked.

They messed up with the first URF.. thinking that their April Fool's joke wouldn't actually be more fun than the rest of their game. So every new re-release of URF is less fun than the previous.

Glory974 votesGamemodes are now simple tools to promote skin sales. We are "allowed" to play skins we don't own in a special mode. We are supposed to like the amazing textures and animations of the (definetly not outdated) legacy content and immideatly buy these skins. The Dark Star/Starguardian game modes are with similiar purpose (not saying they werent fun though).
