Client is broken, I can't report 2 racists after the game. I can't press on anything

It won't let me report 2 people who very much deserves to be reported/banned. They kept spewing out racial slurs during the game, and now after the game I'm not allowed to press on anything, not the report button, not the play again. Only the settings for the client and to close the game itself. How do I report them if I the report system is not working? I'm not shutting down the launcher til I can file 2 reports for these bigot racists.
