What will happen to Mordekaiser?

It passed quite a lot of time since the proposed changes on the PBE were reverted to live and then we got the "mid-mid-way changes" which reduced his damage and added magnet and ghost different gains but we still don't know if:

We are still getting those full changes even after the ruckus those caused in the community
The plans for him are changed in any way/direction
Riot stance on giving Morde a way to keep doing damage to enemies so the change from burst to continous damage isn't actually a plain nerf

It seems patch 5.5 is going to be locked soon and there are no news about Mordekaiser in any way... we'd like some light on it I guess.

Revert changes to W from last patch. Grant movement speed moving toward whoever Mordekaiser ults. Make Mordekaiser and Ghost move faster toward each other. Grant on-hit diminishing Movement Speed (a la Phage Passive/Furor Enchantment) when you hit an Enemy with Q.

Congratz Rito Mordekaiser is now what people want him to be.

Who cares, at least Riot doesn't, they will just change him from a below average champ into another below average champ.

He will not get better trust me, since Riot is entirely convinced with the "these champs should always be noob champs so we will also keep them weak, and these are for pros so we'll always keep them strong with no counter" type of nonsense balancing.

So don't get your hopes up, this is my honest opinion.

Bumping this in hope for a Rioter's reply. We got plenty of discussions with them about Veigar and others, I'd like to have it also with one of my mains and the one who will be changed the most.
