Autofill not working correctly.

I autofilled for roughly 40 some games and then tried akali. So i've been putting top mid down for the majority of my last 15 games roughly. It always says i have autofill protected at the bottom yet sometimes i still get a completely random roll i didn't have selected. Why is it doing this or is this something i need to send in a formal ticket for?
