Ranked games

Recently I thought to myself, why do I need to pay for mistakes of other people? I bet you had such thoughts more than once. You started playing ranked game, got your favorite champion, everything looks cool, team is communicating, and then you see your jungler died on wraiths. Just what the hell. But ok, maybe he had some lag or something. But this keep on and he is 0/10 in 20 mins, while you are steady getting fed on your lane. Of course you lose and end up losing damn lot of LP. I had similar game just before, I got some Honorable Opponent honors, but so what. And then it hit me, what if you got decreased LP penalty for losing for each Honorable Opponent from enemy team? Of course there will be loads of people to spite that, but if it was used properly wouldn't it make it better?
