Ranked Leavers Destroying LP/LP Forgiveness

Hi there, Shamtactics here with another idea about ranked. I'm sure like everyone out there we've all experienced leavers in ranked games. And while the enemy team gloats and rubs it in your face you're left wondering...why do I lose lp in these unfair games? Well I'm back with another great idea for LP FORGIVEEEENNEESSSS. That's right ladies and gentlemen, I'm proposing a system where when a leaver/afk is detected you lose 0 lp. That's right I said 0 lp. You may be asking yourself where did this idea come from? Well, ya see I play 2 ranked games a day during weekdays and at least 1 of those games someone afks. So using my math-magician powers I determined that almost 50% of my games had leavers/afks and I was losing lp 50% of the time and it wasn't my own fault.

Now I know that this has been an issue for a long time and many people are affected by it. The leaver buster is great and has helped but it can't solve every problem. And while my proposed plan (and I'm certain someone had thought of this long ago as I did) won't solve every problem either but it can at least save people from tearing their hair and hearts out while trying to climb the ladder. I know that my idea could also have negative repercussions as well. Players could get the mentality "well it won't affect my teammates so I can just leave." Unfortunately, I do not know of any situation that comes out a win win I just hope that there is someway we can save some people headaches and lp.

People get "Loss Prevented" when server issues cause problems. So why can't the program be coded for when a leaver is detected by the leaver buster system, the Loss Prevention is activated for the team. I'm not a programmer by any means, but this can't be impossible.
