Ghost Game

What is a ghost game? Someone is streaming and the other team sees? Everyone DCed except you? You made a custom game, invited people, wanted to quit and they won't leave?

I'm also having issues right now. Lightamino username NA server. League client thinks I'm still in game but I'm not. it started after won rank game and pressed skip post stats page. League now tries to reconnect to game but can't and now stuck in loop and can't play game.
