REQUEST TO RITO

I have a request, or and idea. While I really enjoy playing this game. Its has times where I can be matched up with the worst teammates in history by worst I mean harassing, feeding, and just being disrespectful. I know I can speak for all those my fellow summoners who plays to kick some butt. WE'RE TIRED OF IT!!! But dont get me wrong I have my bad games but if my teammates didn't down me maybe I could bounce back. But one thing I notice about all those bad teammates there stats spoke for there character. This is where my idea can play its part, I thought how about a K/D matchmaking system. I say this because your K/D in this game shows how you play your game. I get matched up with players that I know I shouldn't be playing with. And its hard for us bronze and platinum summoners to climb up the ranks. I just ask for your consideration.
