What reasons are there (other than flaming in chat) for being demoted in honor?

So longs story short used to be toxic, got to honor level 0, decided to get better....took months of bullshit to get to level 2 again, every day i get keys for being a good boy. Today log in, demoted to level 1 and locked. Any other reasons that players can get demoted in honor? Literally havent changed my toxicity levels since my climb in honor. Bit fucking shit seeing as rewards are not available for toxic shits like me.

On further investigation I have been sent the transcripts from Riot. Is there any way I can opposed there games? There is clearly a conversation between 2 people in these games, and I am not the protagonist in ANY of them. If this is Riots automated system then I can understand (premade reporting etc). If this is a Riot employee making the decisions then I'd love to question them and see what sort of punishment they gave the ACTUAL toxic players in these games.

Very disappointing.
