Bots In 3v3/5v5 Matches: A Serious Issue

As of late there have been many sightings of bots by an exponentially growing number of players in 3v3 and 5v5 PvP matches. This is a significant issue that needs to be addressed properly and dealt with accordingly. As of now I have encountered numerous, bot-like "players" in many of my games, more often on 3v3 than in a 5v5 match on Summoner's Rift or Hollowing Abyss. I have developed a bit of a repertoire for these "bots":

  1. A bot will usually have Shield and/or Ghost in their Summoner Spell selection. They may also just have combinations that are not very efficient like Heal/Ignite
  2. A bot will never talk in chat [obviously] or communicate with other than a periodical ping of where they are going.
  3. A bot will more often than not feed in any match that they are in, much like a player who is trying out the game for the first time.
  4. A bot will typically have a randomly generated username. It will consist of random alphanumeric characters. (i.e. sUdJxyvc)

It would behoove of Riot to take action in some way that could possibly prevent these bots from playing with actual people. It ruins the integrity of the game completely and makes for an unpleasantly boring experience. We're even penalized for leaving a game with nothing but bots in it. Seems a little silly to me.

It's fairly easy to spot, especially when you're against it. They have zero tactical awareness and my four year old nephew could outplay them. No one ever takes every single bait. No one ever picks every single fight. No one will chase you under tower every single time.

I'm not trying to bag on new people. I'm newer myself. But if you've seen it, you will understand.
