Rengar on Twisted Treeline (Bonetooth Necklace)

Can I suggest to tweak his Bonetooth necklace?? I mean getting 20 stacks on Twisted Treeline is rather hard, highest i got was 15 and I was snowballing in that game. The game normally don't run or get enough kills to get 20 stacks on his bonetooth necklace?? Riot can you tweak it around a little bit so he can?

Or anyone else got any suggestions?
