How on earth do you think Kennen's E is a dash?

Dash: Move in a straight line or to a specific target, doesn't increase your movespeed, can go over walls unless stated by the spell (Kayn Q, Galio E, Lee Q and W). Blink: Teleports to a new location, untargetable between locations, range can be extended by using walls (Flash, Ezreal E, Kassadin R) Leap: Same as a dash but the champ model leaves the ground (Kha'zix E, Tristana W, Rengar Passive) Movespeed Increase: Increases your movespeed, need to right click to move, can restrict certain actions (Kennen E, Rammus Q, Hecarim E)

Edit: Although, the AA that comes with Hec's E IS a dash. Makes sense because you can't interrupt it once you start it.

Kennen E is not a dash, it's a movement speed boost. Dashes are abilities that move you in a set direction that you can't adjust mid-flight without using another dash typically OR an ability that moves you to a targeted unit (a targeted dash). Blinks/teleports are pretty straight forward, if you can't tell what a blink is then I can't help you. Stealth should be obvious as well. The only champions I'm not sure on is if whether Bard's E and Ivern Q are dashes or not, but I don't use that rune on them anyway. Here is a list of every champ that has a "dash": *I may be mistaken, but the ending of Sion's R is a dash I'm pretty sure as it can pass over VERY small segments of terrain. Also, Aurelion Sol E might not be a dash as it is a rule breaker in that technically follows the normal behavior of a dash, but you can cancel it. It is most likely a dash since Taliyah R is a dash. Riot already did this for you If it is stopped by Poppy W, its a dash

Any ability that moves your position while locking you in an animation is a dash, things that give you movesspeed even large amts of movespeed do not count

Any mobility spell that causes uncontrolled movement after cast is a dash. Kennen e and sion ult do not count since you have control over it.

Does it trigger off of Fiddlestick's passive and/or ultimate?
