Loss prevented?
It was a 3 v 5 didn't want to waste my time so I left.

Wondering why I got "Loss Prevention"

Loss Prevented is applied to matches that end while Compensation Mode is enabled. Compensation Mode is enabled when there is an issue on Riot's side of things.
This mode only activates when a large number of players are being impacted on a system-wide scale. We hit something we call "The Button" to activate it for the platform. Compensation Mode cannot be retroactively enabled or turned on for a player on an individual basis.
Unless a massive amount of players are affected all at one time due to Riot having server issues, nothing will happen.
