What's with all the feeds lately?

I've been playing LoL for a few years now and have managed to get myself into Silver for the last few seasons. On this current account I'm hard stuck Bronze 1 because I'm having trouble winning my games due to the unreal amount of feeding in about 70% of my games . No problem, I make a new account, destroy placements and get placed Silver 2. I've now demoted to Silver 4 on that account with about 80% of my games my teams are just feeding unrealistically. We're talking 0/15 or 0/30 bot lane. I'd also like to point out that about 10% of my games I have had people join, int, and then afk. Tbh, I'm pretty close to done with this game. It isn't fun anymore having to deal with this garbage. I hear it doesn't get any better as I climb to higher ranks. I understand this is a team game, but being demoted or held back by 4 other really bad players is unreal. The majority of my games i have the most kills, most cs, most towers taken, and least deaths. There seriously needs to be some sort of mechanic that recognizes the players really trying to climb and those that belong in a lower ranking. I know I'm not a Bronze 1 player. I've been as high as Silver 1 and into Gold 5 promos when I was really into playing the game. I've played over 200 games this season and I'm hard stuck in Bronze 1, demoting through Silver and hard stuck Silver 5 on three different accounts. It's all the same thing; team feeds insanely, my scores are good, I usually am graded with an S- or higher even in losing games. I'm not sure if it's something Riot has changed in the game, but this is kind of ridiculous. I can't just be that unlucky to have really bad team mates for 80% of my games. I can carry about 20% of those games but the other 60% is impossible. I'd be happy to admit that it's me not carrying hard enough but what I am putting together is that when my team is 0/2 or even up to 0/5 I carry those games with ease. If my team is doing well, I end the game very fast. When I see all of these things put together I can't blame myself for that many losses. I know I'm a better player. Something needs to be done about the ladder. I think it's broken, I shouldn't be struggling against 0/30 bot lanes every game.
