I love Lux, but I feel like after this MS speed buff, I'm having a harder time landing crap. My E seems to always miss whereas before I'm able to harass effectively.
Same with Morgana and Anivia (my two other favorite champs).
Any idea why there was an MS buff, or if it's really needed?

TehNACHO2 votesThere's the buff to leave base quickly in the beginning of the game, but as far as I'm concerned, everyone's still moving at the same speed any point after that.

paShadoWn1 votesMS buff was made to nerf boots start which was really op on my Soraka in s03, harassing ppl with bananas and being unkillable. Same for rangers mid.
