"Attempting to clear camp" shenanigans.

I have no idea what board to post this on, but anyway.

You know how you go into that game (norm, rank or even bots, new people are important too) theres this guy that runs to gromp or krugs? and theres a pink ERRR control, ward sitting in the camp and hes on the other side? and you go "Hm, i wonder why hes- OH HELL NO EKKO."

Yeah. That situation.

So i just did a bot game with a Draaaven doing that, and his responses to me pointing out hes trolling, where as follows: "Trolling? Im not trolling, im "attempting to clear camp."" (so he KNOWS what hes doing) "Im just trying to work out and level my summoner" So?! play at different times. Just do one at a time. "So a bronzie kid (usual dismissal talk) is trying to tell someone who knows more than him what to do? take advice from a new player, dont get involved with everyone and fuck off. simple" that middle part i tried to remember. He said this after i was telling him hes annoying me because it would annoy newer players (i had this sort of thing happen to me in several games, so i get triggered basically) And then i muted him. He KNEW what he was doing, going AFK but to the game, not AFK. Oh, and get this, according to REDDIT MODS, they say its OK because its "attempting to clear camp."

he then started going on about how "dude if you cant 4v5 bots you should just quit the game" Changing the subject to avoid the problem at hand. You know how if you annoy a friend they will annoy you back and be like "whats wrong? did X happen to X?" in that...condescending, tone? well thats him in text.

So, i reported him for AFK (after some time he did since ivern cleared his camp lol) passive aggressive chat and...something else. The text i was giving the report didnt even fit so...here i am.

Questions: what are your thoughts on this situation? Why in his position would bother to level up an account if he doesnt even have time to play it? Will Riot give a fix to this problem? (im not sure what, my mind is too tilted) Will riot actually do anything about this? (not an insult, im just not sure)

his name was Uchlha ltachi. the the capital i at the itachi is actually an lower case L (l) Look in my latest match history, there he is. (i was trying out a combo with urgot so i didnt do good at all lol)

has anyone else had this experience?
