Ranking System To Rework PLS!!!!

since 5 years ranking system has open, and yet still has no sence , why would i play with "bad" people when im in my series or near being demote, elo was good since you could play with people like you, no 5v5 with like a team who always win and one who always loses.... c'mon RIOT! WHAT THE HECK IS THAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i have so much to say , for instance , lets see my last match history, zed mid 8-3-9 adc and support totals bot lan ( my team) 4-16-0.... top lane not to talk about and jung not gankig at all, so pls fckng do something about it !
