Much needed tweak to Yasuo Ulti

After playing countless games against Yas I find it ridiculous that he has the Ability to Ulti from any other players knock up. He has the better hand from his passive already. I also feel it should be more rewarding for him to actually his his ulti. I propose this... (even though I know it won't be considered) His own Knockup should apply a debuff that will in turn allow him to execute his ulti. I just find it ridiculous that If his whole team has a knock up he's good. It needs to feel more rewarding considering his passive already. I'm not sure how others will agree with something like this but at the same time i know main Yas players will say there needs to be no change at all.
