Change IE back to what it was.

Fairly simple 15% true damage on crit this alone is incredibly overpowered especially on yasuo or tryna whom can dominate with just 1 crit item and IE. I find that the Riots balance team seem to lack common sense or understanding of any of the champs in lol atm. I mean hell wheres the items for tanks to build to help counter this? Going full armor and using thornmail, frozen heart and randuin aint gonna cut it. Because items changes like this and stormrazor its getting harder to play tanks viably if there just gonna get shredded fair quickly. Like why can't give Thornmail passive the added effect of reflecting a percentage of item damage as well or making a completely new item with a similar effect. Well i'm looking forward to the downvotes and my rant but honestly Idc, anybody that's been playing lol for a while knows that the Balance team can't do there job for crap, they either nerf a champ to death or they over shoot and end up buffing them, but 90% they don't do anything unless the pro players are exploiting it.
