That's called % max health true damage. That's kinda its main purpose. Also, were you dumb enough to try to Q her without first either baiting out the W or silencing her? Because I guarantee you the ult change would've probably made you 1-shot her if her W was down and you got your cc off.
It's called countering. Drafting is a core part in any Moba.
