Potential Irelia Nerfs

Irelia has been on the patch notes quite often recently, and I've noticed that the nerfs, while accomplishing what they were intended to do, haven't completely stopped her from being a top tier pick for any team comp. Because of this, I tried taking a look at Irelia to see what could be taken away from her kit without removing that Irelia feel and playstyle, and I feel like I came up with a few ideas that were worthy of sharing with the league community.

a.) Make the heal Hiten's Style only apply on Champions. I thought about this for a while and I realized that this was a unique opportunity to reinforce Irelia's strengths and make a new weakness in her kit. If the healing only applies to champions, it emphasizes Irelia's ability to trade hyper-efficiently in lane, but it also gives Irelia a disadvantage in sustain that she didn't previously have. I think that this lack of sustain actually has an important place in Irelia's kit as well, as it makes her trades even more important, as she can't back off and regain any health she lost.

b.) Reduce the cc on Equilibrium Strike to 1.1/1.2/1.3/1.4/1.5 seconds. This one doesn't have as much to do with Irelia herself but more her opponent. No one likes facing a point and click 2 second stun. It rarely feels fair, and if Irelia is going to appear on the patch notes again, then an oppressive part of her kit might as well be removed for the overall health of the game.

c.) Do both. I'm not sure how severe future Irelia nerfs might need to be, but if she does need to taken down more than a few notches, I think there are certain merits for doing both of the above nerfs that they don't have seperately. For one, her w and her e have always held the main power in Irelia's kit, with her w providing sustain and on hit damage, and her e being an effective lockdown and highly effective in duels and trades. Nerfing both allows space in her kit for her q, which might no longer simply be a tool to get creep otherwise too far away or to get from point a to point b quickly and with a sheen proc.

I hope Riot seriously considers the possible changes I have listed above, they don't have to use them but it would be greatly appreciated if they gave them a look. <3

Where's the neither option? I refuse to vote, there are currently more powerful champs

How about just leave her alone?

Make targets with equal health receive a slow from Equilibrium Strike instead of the stun. It's kinda stupid that she can stun you without even having to wait for you to start the fight.

I thought the whole point of the ability was to be used strategically, waiting for the enemy to get a lead in the fight in order to even the odds; hence, "Equilibrium Strike." Why should she automatically begin with the advantage? It doesn't fit it's theme.

How 'bout to leave her alone haters? There are more broken champions, look Anivia, etc. I know how it would look if you do these things she would be like Ryze, no point to play.

Irelia's E stun is also a slow instead if the enemy has a lower % health than her. Her stun being her big outplay tool, I feel like it should be left alone. Yes, it's a point and click 2 second stun, but if Irelia misplays (by Q'ing to her target instead of to a minion), it's a slow. Good play like that should be rewarded.

However, the W nerf is fairly reasonable. It gives her a good weakness that doesn't currently exist - if she takes a bad trade, she can just heal it right back up, while encouraging Irelia players to do what Irelia does well, fight back when someone tries to trade instead of running.
