ABSURD Chat / Ranked Game Ban Structure.

I have been playing this game for over 4 years, with over 140+ skins and almost every champion (only missing 9) and I can NOT believe the ridiculous banning structure that is currently in place. I mean I just completed a circuit of 50+ chat restrictions and 30+ NORMAL DRAFT game WINS. not GAMES. WINS. So I play a game or two and of course I get the hell bent emo kids who are super sensitive apparently because god forbid I say "fck or sht" in a game and then I get reported and SURPRISE another 50+ chat restrict and 30+ normal draft wins. YOU ARE PUNISHING FOR WEEKS ON END!? If these reports merited that many games then why even HAVE a chat feature. JUST REMOVE IT ALTOGETHER IF I CANT EXPRESS MYSELF. I think you need to rethink this ban structure. One day you're going to piss off the wrong kid with these bans in the U.S and they are going to Charlie Hebdo your headquarters and post all over the internet your unfair practices. Its just a game, and its just the internet. Lower the restrictions before some stupid sht happens. You know how dumb americans are. Just some advice on this ridiculous feature you have. NO OTHER MOBA IS THIS STRICT. ~~NONE*~~
