Akali was nerfed hard and is now almost useless (And how to fix her)

With the assassin rework riot decided to update Akalies kit so shed be more "viable" which apparently now means absolutely useless Riot stated multiple times that this update was made for Akali mains and thought that this would be something to revitalize the champion but i feel like they spat in my face

• They nerfed the shit out of the already somewhat what bad ult
• They made her passive alot worse, it heals less and does less damage
• Her W is now almost entirely useless (the "Blink" is very slightly faster then just walking)

Her W update is in general terrible, you used to be able to use it to slow entire teams when rotating or to save a teammate (40% slow) Or use the speed boost the entire distance of the w instead of just the end of it. there was also a big phycological factor to the w where people would not even go near it (they'd often flash as soon as it was dropped) this is now completely gone because the enemy team now know no matter what you are inside the W unless they see you leave it

So instead of having a now completely dead champion because of this heres how you make her not be terrible

• Make the outer edge of the w reach the max range of her ult and then have pushing the w again (within 1 second,no delay) cause her to blink to it

• Make her ult activate her q (it works like this for literally every other champion with a 2 stage ability)

• Make her q activate which ever stack of her passive she is on

• Add a way to lower passives cooldown (Like killing a unit)
